We specialise in certain areas of civil law including civil actions against the police, actions for breach of the Human Rights Act, applications for Judicial Review, employment law, education law and in all areas of discrimination law including race, sex and disability discrimination. We have many years experience in all these areas of law.
We represent clients in the High Court, County Courts, before Employment Tribunals and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.
We have a legal aid franchise with the Legal Services Commission. We are able to obtain legal aid for most areas of civil law where the merits and means tests can be met.
We offer a very personal and hands on service. You will usually be able to speak to the solicitor who has the conduct of your case. We are able to act urgently with expedition where this is necessary.
