Irish Abuse Claims

We represent many clients in claims for compensation for abuse suffered whilst resident as children in institutions in the Republic of Ireland. The statutory redress scheme is now closed for applications (except where they can be lodged out of time). Applications under the redress scheme involve a careful analysis of the severity of abuse, obtaining expert evidence of psychiatric and physical injuries and assessing the extent of the claim for loss of opportunity.

Matthew Gold and Company solicitors have succeeded in obtaining over £10 million in compensation for clients in England and Ireland since the firm was established in 2002.
