15 Oct Welcoming William Flack to Matthew Gold & Company

Matthew Gold & Co are delighted to welcome William Flack who has joined us, in our Public Law department, from September 2019.

William has a huge amount of experience in complex housing cases and has specialised in defending possession proceedings and homelessness cases. He strives tirelessly for the rights of all, particularly those with special needs and disabilities who find themselves in housing difficulties.

He has been involved in many high profile cases, many going all the way to the Court of Appeal. He is a robust litigator and goes the extra mile to get the right results.

William graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences in 1986 and was admitted to the Roll in 1991.  He is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners’ Association.
